I agree to provide keys or to arrange for keys to be available for Sonny Days for the dog walking or pet sitting appointment.

I agree to reimburse Sonny Days for any additional fees for providing emergency care, as well as any expenses incurred for transportation, housing, food, medication or any other necessities the animal requires.

In the unlikely event Sonny Days loses the key/s needed for entry into your home and a spare isn't available from family, friend or neighbour, Sonny Days will be obliged to call out a locksmith to change the locks so that they can gain entry into the premises, the expense for this will be met by Sonny Days' insurance.

In the case of extreme weather e.g snow, ice, extreme rain or wind the dog will be given time outside to relieve themselves and the remaining time will be spent doing client approved activities with the dog such as playing with toys.

I will provide Sonny Days with all the details of my animal’s veterinarians in the case of an emergency and allow Sonny Days to take my animal there. I will also allow Sonny Days to use a different veterinarian if my usual veterinarian is unavailable. I accept responsibility for all charges related to this emergency care.

I agree to give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any appointments, if I fail to do so I will pay the full agreed amount.

I will provide Sonny Days with all the information that they ask for to ensure the safety of both my animals and other animals whilst an animal I own is in their care.

I recognise that Sonny Days is not covered by their insurance to look after reptiles and fish and will not be held responsible for any damages, death, illness or theft that occurs whilst they are in the care of Sonny Days.

I understand that Sonny Days will not be held responsible for any damages to my property, or that of others, caused by my pets during the time in which they are in the care of Sonny Days.

I understand that Sonny Days is not responsible for any damage that occurs from a pet escaping as a result of a faulty collar/harness/lead or a collar/harness that is not properly fitting.

If an animal has unsupervised access to the outdoors at my home, Sonny Days will not be liable for the injury, disappearance, death, or fines that any pet causes.
